Capri was founded in 2019 with a simple ambition: to create spaces that elevate everyday life.
From our first residence to our restaurant, wellness center, and coastal retreats, every Capri project is guided by the same principles — architectural integrity, environmental respect, and an unwavering commitment to craft. We don't build to trends. We build to last. And we believe the way Australians live — outdoors, connected to coast and landscape — deserves spaces designed with that life in mind.
Founders
Marcus & Elena Thorne
Former architects who left practice to build the brand they'd always wanted to live in. Marcus spent fifteen years designing award-winning public buildings before realising his passion was residential. Elena's background in sustainable design informs every material choice Capri makes.
Together, they've built Capri into a multi-division lifestyle brand that stands for one thing above all: designing spaces worthy of the lives lived in them.
