Capri
Houses
Considered living
Capri Houses are architectural statements designed for modern families. Considered in every detail — from the angle of light to the grain of timber.
Design Philosophy
We work with a select group of architects who share our belief: a home should belong to its landscape. Each site is studied before a single line is drawn — the way the wind moves, where the sun falls in winter, what the native vegetation tells us about the soil.
Every Capri House is site-responsive, environmentally considered, and built to last generations. We use local stone where the land offers it, sustainably sourced hardwood, and passive design principles that reduce energy consumption without compromising comfort.
